Job Title: HR and Admin Officer
Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Manage recruitment, employee mobilization, and onboarding processes.
\u2022 Oversee timekeeping, payroll processing, and employee assessments.
\u2022 Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
\u2022 Coordinate with key stakeholders to address HR and administrative requirements.
\u2022 Handle employee welfare, training programs, and performance evaluations.
\u2022 Drive a strong workplace culture through teamwork and collaboration.
\u2022 Manage administrative duties, ensuring operational efficiency, including staff accommodation, transportation, and car repairs.
Requirements:
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field.
\u2022 2-3 years of experience in HR and Admin-related roles.
\u2022 Strong understanding of HR practices and Qatar labor laws.
\u2022 Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
\u2022 Proactive, well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
\u2022 Must be locally available in Qatar with NOC to transfer to our company.
\u2022 Valid Qatar driving license is required.
