assessments and recommendations for optimizing therapy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Collaboration:<\/strong>\u00a0Work closely with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized medication plans, addressing any questions or concerns regarding therapy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inventory Management:<\/strong>\u00a0Monitor and manage medication inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and medications are stored properly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Record Keeping:<\/strong>\u00a0Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including medication histories and pharmacy transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regulatory Compliance:<\/strong>\u00a0Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations and standards related to pharmacy practice and controlled
