✨ Job Responsibilities:
✅ Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide outstanding service.
✅ Assist customers in selecting products and explain features, benefits, and promotions.
✅ Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
✅ Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor.
✅ Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
✅ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
✅ Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and deliver an excellent customer experience.
✅ Provide suggestions and upsell products based on customer preferences.

📌 Job Requirements:
🔹 Must have experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Call Center roles.
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
🔹 Ability to demonstrate and explain merchandise selection to customers.
🔹 Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills when assisting customers.
🔹 Must have a valid QID and a transferable visa.
🔹 Preferred nationalities: Jordanian, Syrian, Lebanese, Palestinian & Eritrean candidates.
🔹 Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
🔹 Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
