Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team in Doha.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills and a passion for closing deals over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
โข Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
โข Present, promote, and sell products and services using solid arguments.
โข Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
โข Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with clients.
โข Record and update customer information in the database.
โข Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
โข Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
โข Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Requirements:
โข Minimum 1 year experience in a Call Center / Telesales role.
โข Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
โข Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
โข Customer-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude.
โข Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
โข Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.
